Fresco Enterprises, LLC provides a series of one-hour Workshops and Corporate At-Work Enhancer Programs: Mid Morning Energizers - (10-11AM) Lunch Time Escape (also known as "brown-bag lunches" from 12-1PM) Afternoon Time-Out - (2-3PM)
Topics include an array of Health and Wellness and Financial Literacy programs as part of the standard offerings:
Health and Wellness Series:
- At-Work yoga and stretching
- Health and Wellness Through Juicing
- A Natural Approach to Reduce Toxins and Cleanse the Body
- An Introduction to Reflexology
- Healthy Eating and Weight Management Strategies
- Deep Breathing and Meditation
- Local One-mile walks/hikes
Financial Literacy Series:
- How to Start an Investment Club
- Basic Money Management (one or 4 sessions)
- Introduction to the Stock Market (one or 4 sessions)
Other custom workshop programs, training development and educational series may be provided.
Program Pricing for Workshops and Corporate At-Work Enhancer Sessions (Workshops may be scheduled for one hour and up to 90 minutes):
- Health and Wellness Series:
$150 per session for up to 20 participants, or
$200 for up to 50 participants
- Financial Literacy Program series:
$200 per session for up to 50 participants
- A seven-session package (any combination of workshop sessions):
$1,000 for up to 50 participants (seven sessions to be provided and scheduled within a twelve-month period)
- A four-session package:
$600 for up to 50 participants
